WBO bantamweight belt holder Teofimo Lopez has spoken out about the upcoming fight between WBA lightweight division champion Gervonta Davis and Frank Martin on June 15 in Las Vegas.
"Frank Martin has never performed at this level. He's got thousands of people coming to see him and a million people watching on TV. There's a lot of pressure on him. But he wanted to do it.
I think Martin could have exposed the problems in Tank's style. He could show his weaknesses, but would he have the mental fortitude? Frank has nothing to lose, everyone has written him off. He's an outsider. I think Tank should finish him in the sixth or seventh round," BoxingScene quoted Lopez as saying.
