WBA light heavyweight champion Dmitry Bivol has spoken about his upcoming fight against Malik Zinad, which will take place on June 1 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Bivol was expected to fight Artur Beterbiev, the holder of the other prestigious belts in the division, on the upcoming show, but the Canadian tore his meniscus and is out for an extended period of time.
"I'm happy that in less than a week already I will have the bout. The fact that he's still undefeated? The realization of that just excites me. I want that to change. I just have to beat him. I'll have to show everything I'm capable of," Bivol said in an interview with Title Sports Network's YouTube channel.
