Costa: "I'll knock out Strickland."

Former UFC middleweight title challenger Paulo Costa has promised to deal with former champion Sean Strickland early in their upcoming bout.

The fight between the Brazilian and the American will be part of the UFC 302 event, which takes place on the night of June 2 in Newark, USA.

"I wanted to fight Sean specifically, as he is a great fighter, he is number one. And this fight can help me to go for the title again. I've gained experience, I as a person and as an athlete have reached the level I dreamed of, so now it's my time. At UFC 302 I will send Shawn to the knockout," BJ Penn quotes Costa as saying.
