Bivol: "Right now I need to forget about Beterbiev"
WBA light heavyweight champion Dmitry Bivol said that at the moment he is fully focused on his fight with Malik Zinad, which will take place on June 1 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Bivol's opponent for the upcoming boxing night was originally supposed to be the holder of the other prestigious belts in the division, Artur Beterbiev, but the Canadian suffered an injury and is out for an extended period of time.
"It's a normal situation when one of the fighters gets injured. I just tried not to think too much about it and kept other options in my mind. I ended up getting them. Right now, until Saturday, I need to forget about Beterbiev.

Of course, I believe this fight will happen. I'll do everything I can to be ready for it," Bivol said in an interview with Title Sports Network.
