Usik reacted to the opinion that a third fight with Joshua would be more difficult for him

WBA, WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight boxing champion Oleksandr Usyk does not think that former holder of these titles Anthony Joshua has made serious progress after two fights with him.

"Would a third fight with Joshua have been harder for me? Look, Francis Ngannou and Otto Wallin are good boxers but not top level boxers. Anthony is a great man, a great boxer, an Olympic champion. His last fight was good because Anthony is an Olympic champion and for Ngannou it was his second fight in boxing," Usik said in an interview with Boxing King Media.

Usik defeated Joshua twice: in September 2021 by unanimous decision and in August 2022 by split decision.
