Prochazka promises to get his revenge on Pereira

Former UFC light heavyweight champion Jiri Prochazka is confident that he can get a rematch with current belt holder Alex Pereira, to whom he lost early last November.

Recall, at the UFC 300 tournament, held last weekend in Las Vegas, USA, Pereira made the first defense of the title, knocking out Jamal Hill in the first round. Prochazka, in the same event, finished Aleksandar Rakic in the second five-minute round.

"I saw his performance, it was amazing. And I have to say that now I'm starting to take it seriously. Because for me that's what I want to do, I want to get that win. And when I want something, I achieve it.

I need to get a little bit better at not missing punches, at throwing a perfect storm. And as far as Pereira is concerned, and Alex himself knows it, and he knew that even in New York, even in his hometown, I have the keys to win," Prochazka told The Schmo.
