Ngannou wouldn't have left the UFC if it were up to him

Francis Ngannou, the former UFC heavyweight champion, said that he would not have left the promotion if it were up to him.

“It was a decision that, if it had been up to me, I would not have made. The situation forced me to make this decision, but I didn’t expect or think about it...” Ngannou said.

Francis is currently a PFL fighter. A contract with this organization allows Ngannou to hold boxing matches.

Let us remember that in October Ngannou fought according to boxing rules with Tyson Fury, losing to him only by a split decision.
