Covington plans to finish Makhachev after defeating Edwards

Colby Covington, a contender for the UFC welterweight championship belt, said that after the fight with Leon Edwards he wants to fight with Islam Makhachev and end with him.

“No one can beat me in front of Trump. After this I want to fight Makhachev. For me this is the number one fight. Firstly, this is a money fight, and secondly, Islam must be ended...” Covington said.

Let us remind you that the confrontation between Covington and Edwards will take place on December 16 as part of UFC 296.
