Famous promoter Oscar de la Hoya commented on the victory Ryan Garcia in a duel with Oscar Duarte.

“Proud of Ryan Garcia and how he handled the power of Oscar Duarte. I always said it was a tough fight and I was surprised that he chose the big puncher. “I’m looking forward to the next big thing, whatever that may be for Ryan,” Oscar said.

To recap, Garcia finished Duarte in the eighth round.
