Top UFC lightweight Rafael Fiziev was forced to abandon the fight with Dustin Poirier. This was announced by his manager Sayat Abdrakhmanov.
“They recently called us and asked if Rafa was ready to fight Dustin Poirier. It would seem like a man after a defeat, but such a fight was offered to us. It is clear that due to the injury, Rafa will not be ready to fight during this period - he needs to recover for at least another six months,” the functionary said.
