Tom Aspinall, the interim UFC heavyweight champion, named the reasons why he won early against Sergei Pavlovich.
“This win is just a confirmation of my preparation. I've been training since I was 8 years old and I know when to throw a punch. I think I caught Pavlovich with a counter left hook. Sort of. We need to reconsider the fight. We did a lot of exercises with my father and my trainers and got my reaction time to become super fast. My eyes see everything very well. So my victory is a result of practice. Look, when Sergey hit me with an overhand in the jaw, I managed to do my job to the best of my ability...” Aspinall said.
Let's remember that Tom finished Pavlovich in the first round at UFC 295.
