Armenian UFC lightweight Arman Tsarukyan assessed the level of his closest opponent Beneila Dariush, and also spoke about his future plans.
“Beneil is a strong fighter. He has a lot of experience and is an excellent grappler. He is a well-balanced fighter, so it would be interesting to fight him. However, I believe that my offensive ability is better and my wrestling is better. I just feel like I'm stronger.
This win could give me a big chance to fight for the belt. I'm going to do well and after Dariush, hopefully I'll fight for the title. If not, then I’ll take another fight, win it and continue in the same vein. “I have a goal, and I want to achieve it,” Middle Easy quotes Tsarukyan.
Let us remind you that the fight between Dariush and Tsarukyan will take place on December 2 in the main event of the UFC on ESPN 52 tournament in Austin, USA.
