Mackenzie Dern commented on the defeat by Andrade

Mackenzie Dern, a fighter in the UFC flyweight division, commented on her early defeat in a fight with the former division champion Jessica Andrade.

“I expected to show my best performance and not suffer the first knockout loss of my career, but everything happens for a reason. I need to learn to control my emotions. I emotionally got into the wheelhouse, but this was not in the plan. I'll train even more because I'm going to be back soon. The path to my goal continues...,” the girl said.

To recap, Andrade finished Dern in the second round. Their fight took place as part of the 295th UFC tournament.
