“Heavyweight Filip Hrgovic, who is the mandatory challenger for the IBF belt, will become a free agent on Wednesday... His co-manager is Keith Connolly, who does business with everyone, so it will be interesting to see who Hrgovic signs with,” Rafael wrote .
