Former UFC lightweight champion Rafael Dos Anjos, who will celebrate turning 39 in four days, unexpectedly declared that he could beat the current title holder Islam Makhacheva.
“If you look at the lightweight rankings, I don’t see anyone other than me who could beat Islam Makhachev. And he knows it,” Dos Anjos wrote in X.
Let us remind you that yesterday, October 21, Makhachev knocked out Alexander Volkanovski in the main event of the UFC 294 tournament in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
