Ohara Davis (25-2, 18 KOs) and Ismael Barroso (24-4-2, 22 KOs) will fight for the interim WBA world super lightweight title. Their fight will likely take place on November 18 in Los Angeles.

The full-fledged champion of the World Boxing Association in the weight limit up to 63.5 kg is Roland Romero, who won his belt in May. The American is currently injured and plans to fight with the best in the Davis-Barosso pair for the interim belt no later than March.

In his final professional appearance, Davies defeated Lewis Ritson. After this victory, the Briton signed a contract with Golden Boy Promotions.
