Former dominant UFC women's flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko stated that she has no plans to retire from the sport yet.
Let us remind you that on September 17, at the UFC Fight Night 227 tournament, Shevchenko was unable to regain the title - her rematch with Alexa Grasso ended in a draw via split decision.
“With this performance I showed that I still have a lot of time ahead. I don’t feel like I have less strength and motivation. Age doesn't matter, I feel great. I am happy that I live in mixed martial arts, and they accompany me throughout my life.
I will do this as long as I feel this motivation. And I hope that this will continue for a long time,” MMA Junkie quotes 35-year-old Shevchenko.
