Former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva reacted to the widespread belief among some fighters and fans that Israel Adesanya removed him from his throne as the greatest middleweight in history.

A more convenient moment for this could not be imagined: last weekend, Adesanya lost by unanimous decision to Sean Strickland and lost the belt, although he approached this fight as an undisputed favorite.

Today, on his social networks, the legendary Brazilian published a fragment of his fight with Adesanya and harshly addressed the Nigerian:

“I’m here in charge of this shit, and you won’t open your mouth to compare yourself to me anymore. I speak clearly? I’m in charge here,” Silva wrote under the video, but quickly changed the caption.

Let us remind you. that the fight between Silva and Adesanya took place in 2019. Then the Brazilian, who was in decline, lost on points to a Nigerian who was 14 years younger than him.
