Former UFC middleweight champion Robert Whittaker reacted to the victory Sean Strickland above Israel Adesanya in the main event of UFC 293 in Sydney.
Let us remind you that today Strickland defeated Adesanya by unanimous decision and became the new middleweight champion.
“There is movement in the division. Congratulations to Strickland, a great comrade in arms. “Can’t wait for the future,” Whittaker tweeted.
It is worth adding that Whittaker is definitely not yet a contender for the fight with Strickland - in his last performance, the Australian was knocked out by Drikus Du Plessis.
