Filip Hrgovic, a contender for the IBF heavyweight championship belt, answered a question if he would agree to take a breakout to give the defending champion an opportunity Oleksandr Usyk fight with Tyson Fury.
“I will not agree to compensation. Perhaps if it is some crazy amount, but I feel that this will not happen. I feel that I can beat Usyk and then fight for the title of absolute world champion. I can earn much more than possible compensation. It should be a crazy amount, but I don't want any compensation...," the boxer said.
Recall, earlier it became known that the battle between Usyk and Fury could take place at the beginning of next year.
