Inoue began training for a four-belt fight in December

Naoya Inoue (25-0, 22 KOs) won the WBC and WBO belts in his first bantamweight appearance and wants to unify the other two this year.

Preliminary negotiations are already underway regarding his December fight for all titles with Marlon Tapales (37-3, 19 KOs), IBF and WBA champion. The promoters are doing their job, and “Monster” is not far behind them. The Japanese has even started sparring.

“It’s time to get serious about sparring and get ready for December,” the world champion in four weight categories wrote on social networks.
