British coach Dave Caldwell commented on the arrest of coach Brian McIntyre at Manchester airport for possession of firearms.
“He apparently bought the gun here or security let him into the UK with it. If it's his own gun, which he's registered and licensed for, and it's legal in America, then he's passed airport security. How did McIntyre do it?
If not, then it turns out that he bought the gun here. McIntyre made his own way and purchased the gun if it wasn't his own licensed weapon. Why did he do it? I think it's stupid.
I understand that different countries have different laws. In the US, you can carry weapons. I understand that, but we are not in his country, he is not an idiot. He knows it. So it's a bit silly," Caldwell was quoted as saying by Boxing News 24.
McIntyre is the coach Chris Eubank Jr. And Terence Crawford.
