Crawford's coach arrested for possession of a firearm

Brian McIntyre, trainer of the undisputed welterweight world champion Terence Crawford, and also a coach Chris Eubank Jr., was detained at Manchester Airport. As talkSport reports, this happened on Sunday morning.

Brian was planning to fly to Atlanta after Chris's fight with Liam Smith, but a scan of his luggage revealed a pistol with a clip. Airport staff immediately raised the alarm, at which point police arrived and arrested McIntyre for possession of a firearm.
