Lomachenko won't fight again this year because of the war

Bob Arum, head of promotional company Top Rank, said that Vasily Lomachenko refused to fight this year because of the war in Ukraine.

“Lomachenko refuses to fight this year. He wants to take a vacation. The bad situation is still going on in Ukraine, and it's not far from where he lives. So he really can't concentrate on the fight. I don't think it has anything to do with Shakur," the functionary said.

Previously, Shakur Stevenson faked Vasily several times, and recently he turned to Lomachenko's manager Egis Klimas, asking him to help Vasily "collect the eggs."
