Alex Pereira, a former UFC middleweight champion, admired the promotion's reigning heavyweight champion John Jones. The Brazilian also expressed hope that one day he would be able to train with Bons.
“John is an amazing fighter. One of the best in history. I haven't talked to him personally yet, but in life he seems to be a modest guy. I hope one day to get to know him and practice. It would be an honor for me,” Poatan wrote on social networks.
Recall that earlier Pereira expressed confidence that he would fight for the title before the end of the year.
