Jared Anderson (14-0, 14 KOs) and Charles Martin (29-3-1, 26 KOs) make confident statements ahead of their fight this coming weekend in Toledo.

“I am ready for anything. Opposite me will be a former world champion, bigger than me, and he met the best. However, nothing surprises me. I am very happy to fight at home, I want to inspire local guys and be an example for them. But I don't feel any pressure on myself. I believe in my own strength, and I am glad that others are beginning to believe in me too. You will see a knockout on Saturday. Martin is just another stepping stone for me before the ultimate goal of the world title,” Anderson said at a press conference.

“For me, this is a battle to be or not to be in this sport, so I have completely devoted myself to training. I'm just grateful that I can still perform on the big stage and support my family. I have two autistic twins. It's really hard for them. My dream? I have seven children. I want a house in Georgia and a ranch. I want a trilogy with Tyson Fury. At some point, I lost my love for boxing, but now this love has returned. I am dating a strong and young lion, but I like such challenges. All responsibility is now only on him, ”said Charles Martin in turn.
