David Benavidez (27-0, 23 KOs) continues to challenge Saul Alvarez (59-2-2, 39 KOs) and expresses dissatisfaction with the fact that he is going to fight Jermall Charlo (32-0, 22 KOs).

The Red Flag won Caleb Planta (22-2, 13 KOs) in March, and a few days ago his promoter Sampson Levkovich sent the Mexican a $45 million contract. The super middleweight leader has decided to fight three fights in the PBC stable for a total of $100 million. The first of the three rivals should be the eldest of the Charlo brothers.

“You have 45 million dollars on the table, but there is no answer? I do not know what to say. It's clear that Alvarez doesn't want to fight me. He prefers to negotiate with someone who hasn't fought in 2 years. With all due respect to Charlo, he will be rusty. I do not know what's going on. But now I have to focus on my work, train hard and participate in the biggest fights. Everyone wants to see me with Canelo, and I think that in the end he will have no other choice, ”added Benavidez.

It is worth noting that Benavidez will not lose out. There is talk of his fights with interim WBA champion David Morrell (9-0, 8 KOs) or former super middleweight champion Jaime Mungia (42-0, 33 KOs).
