British super middleweight boxer John Ryder (32-6, 18 KOs) said that he did not mind meeting in the ring with Gennady Golovkin (42-2-1, 37 KO) in his home country.
“I would love to have a fight with Golovkin. I have already proven that I can go anywhere for this. I fought Canelo in Mexico and now I'm ready to face Golovkin in Kazakhstan. For me there is no difference.
I have been a big Golovkin fan ever since I started my professional career. He was a big champion, had three fights with Canelo himself. He is a great person, he did great things, and I was very lucky to meet him.
I am sure that Golovkin's time is not over yet. Yes, he's older, but they say the punch is the last to leave a fighter, so there's no doubt he can still hit really hard," Ryder said in an interview with ProBox TV.
