In the fight for the vacant WBC world title in the bridger weight, the undefeated hero of his hometown Lukasz Ruzhansky (15-0, 14 KOs) won by technical knockout in the first round over the previously undefeated Alain "Savage" Babich (11-1, 10 KOs) in the main event of the evening at the G2A arena in Rzeszow, Poland.
Ruzhansky from the start rushed at the opponent and was able to send him to the floor already in the first round, and then get the referee stopped at 2:10, to Babich's obvious displeasure.
