Arreola returns to the ring after a two-year hiatus

Former contender for the world heavyweight title Chris Arreola (38-7-1, 33 KOs) will return to the ring this coming Saturday in Carson, California. In his first fight after almost a two-year break, the American will face Matthew McKinney (13-6-3, 9 KOs).

In his last professional appearance, Arreola lost on points to Andy Ruiz Jr.

Former World Super Lightweight Champion Devon Alexander (27-7-1, 14 KOs) will also return to the ring as part of this evening and will fight with Gabriel Maestre (4-0-1, 3 KOs). In the main event of the tournament, Sebastian Fundora and Brian Mendoza will fight for the interim WBC welterweight title.
