Eddie Hearn in an interview with Boxing Social responded to comments Joshua Buatsy about the deal with Sky and the refusal to cooperate with DAZN: “We offered him a fee of 1 million pounds for the fight with Dmitry Bivol, but he did not want it. I saw a young man who was fed a bunch of shit and put into his head what he should say. Honestly, I wish him all the best,” Hearn said.
Eddie Hearn also revealed that Mauricio Lara is likely to defend his WBA featherweight title in a rematch against Lee Wood or a third fight against Josh Warrington on May 27.
