Chimaev plans to return in March

Undefeated Swedish UFC welterweight Khamzat Chimaev expects to fight at the UFC 285 tournament, which will be held on March 4 in Las Vegas.

ā€œI have already started the training camp. I donā€™t know who will become an opponent - the names are constantly changing. Every week they name a new opponent, but no one wants to fight me. Everyone talks a lot about fighting me, but when it comes to signing a contract, everyone runs away.

I was offered four fighters from different countries, but no one agreed. I'm always ready. Let's see what comes out of this. I plan to perform in Las Vegas in March, but I donā€™t know yet who will be the opponent, ā€Chimaev said in a release on his YouTube channel.

Recall that the 28-year-old Chimaev had his last fight on September 10 at UFC 279, defeating Kevin Holland by submission.
