Former UFC champion in two weight divisions Conor McGregor wants to fight in the middleweight division. The Irishman wrote about this on his Twitter, and then deleted this post.
“At some point, I intend to test myself at middleweight, 100 percent,” the tweet read.
It is worth noting that McGregor has not appeared in the octagon since July 2021. He broke his leg in the first round of the fight against Poirier and has been recovering from the injury ever since.
Earlier, Conor himself said that he would be ready to return to the USADA pool in February. This means that he will not be able to fight until August next year.
