WBC World Middleweight Champion Jermall Charlo (32-0, 22 KOs) announced on social networks that his next professional fight is scheduled for February. The details of this speech have not yet been officially confirmed.

The last time the 32-year-old boxer fought was last June. In June of this year, his duel with Machey Sulentsky was supposed to take place, but the fight was postponed due to an American back injury.

In September, Charlo was cleared of charges of beating his younger cousin. The boxer was detained by the police in this case in February, and the incident allegedly took place in the summer of 2021.

The court ruled that there was no evidence against Charlo, and nine witnesses testified that the World Boxing Council champion did not use physical force in the incident. Now the American can focus on preparing for his next professional fight.
