Diaz named the fighters he wanted to fight instead of Chimaev

American UFC veteran Nate Diaz once again stated that he was not interested in holding a duel with Khamzat Chimaev.

“I told the management: “Find me a damn top 5 opponent, and I will fight him.” But they did not allow me to fight Tony Ferguson and Vicente Luque.

Who else did I want to fight? With Dustin Poirier, Michael Chandler. With the best possible opponent”, — quotes the words of Diaz MMA Fighting.

Recall that the fight between Diaz and Chimaev will take place on the night of September 11 at UFC 279 in Las Vegas.
