Cormier named the favorite of the third fight between Edwards and Usman

Former UFC champion in two weight divisions Daniel Cormier shared his thoughts on a potential third fight between Leon Edwards and Kamaru Usman.

“If you think about this confrontation and how it went, then betting on the third fight, you must consider Usman the favorite, because he won confidently.

He put pressure on Leon Edwards very well, acted aggressively. As Edwards' coaches said, Usman forced him to fight on his heels, ”Cormier said on his YouTube channel.

Recall that on August 21 at UFC 278 in Salt Lake City, USA, Edwards knocked out Usman in a rematch and became the new welterweight champion. In the first meeting of these fighters, held in December 2015, Kamaru won by unanimous decision.
