Cormier advised Gustafsson to retire

Daniel Cormier, a former UFC champion in two weight categories, commented on the defeat of Alexander Gustafsson in a duel with Nikita Krylov. DC advised the Swedish fighter to end his career.

“Gustafsson is finished. He needs to leave - these were heavy blows, and he ate them all. The jaw is gone, so go away my friend. We all have an expiration date. One of the best fighters who didn't have a title," Cormier wrote.

Recall that the Gustafsson-Krylov fight took place as part of the UFC Fight Night 208 tournament, ending with Shakhtar's TKO victory in the first round.
