Former world champion Carl Frampton believes that Anthony Joshua will be able to defeat the holder of the WBA, WBO and IBF titles in the heavyweight division in a rematch Oleksandr Usyk.
“I think Joshua needs a different tactic. We all know this, and AJ understands this, so he trains. I think Robert Garcia is a good coach for him. I don't know if Joshua can change enough to beat Usyk. I hope so. And I have a hunch that this time he will be able to do it.
Many say that Usyk will do the same as in the first fight, but I feel that Joshua will change enough and will know what he needs to do. He will be the beast in this fight and win,” Frampton said in an interview with YouTube channel Fight Hub TV.
Recall that Usyk's rematch with Joshua will take place on August 20 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In September last year, the Ukrainian defeated the Briton by unanimous decision of the judges and took away the championship titles from him.
