The deadline was not met, which could mean that Triller will not be licensed to host new boxing events in California.
In the same tournament, Kubrat Pulev (23-2, 14 KOs) beat Jerry Forrest (26-5-2, 20 KOs) on points. Kovalev and the Pulev brothers have not yet received any remuneration for their performances. Forrest, in turn, is still waiting for part of his fee.
