Khabib wants to fight Shlemenko - Lombard

Promotion owner Eagle FC Khabib Nurmagomedov hinted at a fight between two former Bellator middleweight champions - a Russian Alexander Shlemenko and Cuban Hector Lombard.

“Who remembers the performances of this beast? When I first started my performances overseas, Hector was already a star and a middleweight thunderstorm in the States. What is his one confrontation with Shlemenko worth. Lombard and Shlemenko have one more fight each in their contracts with the league. It would be interesting to see their rematch, ”Khabib wrote on Instagram under a joint photo with Lombard.

Shlemenko has already managed to mark himself in the comments, supporting Khabib's idea:
