Cejudo gave a prediction for Chimaev vs Makhachev

Former UFC champion in two weight divisions Henry Cejudo speculated on the topic of a possible confrontation between welterweight prospect Khamzat Chimaev and top lightweight Islam Makhachev.

ā€œChimaev is probably more experienced in the fight, and his control from above is as good as that of Islam. So I think the underdog in this fight will be Makhachev, no matter how good he is. They're both my friends, but size will matter in a style clash like this. Much of this fight would come to naught, to a large extent it will be a wrestling contest,ā€ Cejudo said in an interview with The Schmo.

Yesterday it was announced that Chimaev's next fight will be against Gilbert Burns on April 9 at UFC 273.
