Ukrainian welterweight Ivan Redkach criticized the WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight title holder Oleksandr Usyk for willingness to fight the undisputed super middleweight champion Saul "Canelo" Alvarez.

“Yusik, [why] do you need Canelo? Come on with a godfather (Vasyl Lomachenko, - approx.), 20 kg down or up - does not matter. Or come on with Berinchyk. I know Den  [hit] Usyk at the training camp and he caught the stars. Don't go to the fortune-teller, I remember well. It was in amateurs,” Redkach wrote on his Instagram page.

Earlier Usyk said that he was ready to meet with Alvarez in the first heavyweight, but only if he retained all titles in the heavyweight division.
