Cejudo names the best fighter of 2021

Former UFC two weight division champion Henry Cejudo named the most outstanding fighter of the past year.

“I cannot choose anyone other than Kamaru Usman. This guy finished almost all of his rivals, defeating the first and second contenders in his weight. What is really there, he cleared out almost the entire division. The title of the best fighter of the year goes to the current king of P4P," Cejudo said.

In 2021 Usman made three successful belt defenses in the welterweight division, knocking out Gilbert Burns and Jorge Masvidal and defeating Colby Covington by unanimous decision.
