Zapashny on Cormier: "The fighter who became a blowhard"

Renowned animal trainer Edgard Zapashny of Russia commented on the words of Daniel Cormier, who advised Fedor Emelianenko to end his career.

"Cormier is a good fighter, nothing more. Those "walk away, dude" expressions are American uncultured, panhandling. As far as I know, Cormier is no buddy of Emelianenko's to basically address him so disrespectfully. That's the American style, which I don't support. Cormier is a very overrated fighter, he is not a great fighter and never will be. Fedor is the greatest fighter, not only of today, but of all time. He's shown at his 45 that he's in much better shape than many 25-year-olds. Whether Fedor will finish his career or not is his own business. Only he can make the decision based on the opinion of people respected for him. Cormier, despite his younger age, will now be micromanaging people, that's his job. A fighter who became a codger because there's nothing else to pay him," Zapashny said.
