WBO welterweight champion Terence Crawford (37-0, 28 KOs) will face Sean Porter (31-3-1, 17 KOs) on November 20 in Las Vegas. The champion faces a tough challenge, but he's already in a hurry to announce his plans after the November bout.

"I stopped pushing for a meeting with Errol Spence Jr. I did everything I could to make it happen. I chased after Spence. He didn't want this meeting, even though he said otherwise. But if he did, we would have agreed," Crawford stated.

"If I beat Porter, there are plenty of options. Jordenis Ugas beat Manny Pacquiao, he defended the title and I could fight him in a unification bout. Other big fights are possible: against Keith Thurman, Josh Taylor and Virgil Ortiz," added one of the best American boxers of the last decade.

In his last fight to date, "Bud" Crawford defeated Kell Brook early last November in Las Vegas.

Former champion Shawn Porter had his last fight last August, winning on points over Sebastian Formella and returning after a split decision loss in a unification fight against IBF champion Errol Spence Jr. in September 2019. Porter then lost his WBC belt but was close to defeating Spence, whose bout with Crawford is one of the most anticipated fights in modern boxing. However, his prospects are deteriorating at the moment, especially since Spence Jr. still has health problems (left eye injury), which caused him to refuse to fight Manny Pacquiao in August.
