Top Russian UFC welterweight Zabit Magomedsharipov appears to be ready to return to the Octagon after nearly two years of layoff. It was announced by the trainer of the Russian Mark Henry.
"The best UFC welterweight Za-Bist! He's coming back," Henry wrote on Instagram.

The 30-year-old Magomedsharipov had his last fight in November 2019, winning by unanimous decision over Kelvin Kattar.
In April this year, Zabit was removed from the UFC welterweight division rankings due to inactivity. Prior to that, he was ranked third. In July, his manager reported that the Russian has serious immune system issues and could end his career.
