200,000 pay-per-view broadcasts of the August 21 night in Las Vegas were sold out in the United States. This was reported by the show's promoter Bob Arum. The main event was a Manny Pacquiao (62-8-2, 39 KOs) fight with Yordenis Ugas (27-4, 12 KOs).

The Filipino was originally scheduled to cross gloves with Errol Spance Jr. but the American was unable to enter the ring due to health issues. The cost to purchase the PPV in the United States was $75.

The fight of the evening ended in a loss to Pacquiao, for whom this could be his last professional appearance. According to Arum, it was also the weakest PPV sales of the Filipino's career.
