Joe Joyce (13-0, 12 KOs) as the mandatory challenger for the WBO heavyweight belt will be at the ringside on September 25 to see how Anthony Joshua (24-1, 22 KOs) can take on Oleksandr Usyk (18-0, 13 KOs). As a result, the best of the pair will have to step into the ring with him in about a year or so.

Usyk is considered the greatest cruiserweight champion in the history after Evander Holyfield. But so far he has not impressed much in the heavyweight division. Unlike Holyfield, who made a name for himself when he moved up to the heavyweight division from the cruiserweight. Joshua admitted that while getting ready for the fight with Usyk he also studied the fights of young Holyfield.

"I don't leave Usyk out of it, but I have to admit that I'm counting on a spectacular victory by knockout. Above all, I want to put on a good show for the fans. When I face a really good opponent, I study him carefully. I don't know what the knockout punch will be, whether it's a jab or some sort of uppercut, but I'd like to knock him out. The most important thing is that we approach this fight injury free and keep the life of big boxing alive," said the unified IBF, WBA and WBO heavyweight champion.

Promoter Eddie Hearn hopes that after defeating Usyk AJ will face the winner of Tyson Fury (30-0-1, 21 KOs) vs Deontay Wilder (42-1-1, 41 KOs) at the turn of February and March in a unification bout.
