Top Bellator welterweight Anthony Johnson has spoken out about Kevin Lee saying earlier that he is capable of beating Khabib Nurmagomedov.
"Kevin is talking nonsense. He's a tough fighter and stuff like that, but he keeps talking like the one. Khabib would have killed him. The point isn't to be a good fighter, it's to combine all the skills. When has Kevin demonstrated great standup and outstanding wrestling against elite fighters? I can't think of a single fight," Johnson wrote in the comments under the MMA Uncensored Instagram account post.
On Aug. 28 at UFC on ESPN 30, Kevin Lee will fight Daniel Rodriguez.
