Eddie Hearn announced in an interview with IFL TV that Dillian Whyte (28-2, 19 KOs) will have his next fight on October 30 in London. The list of possible opponents for "The Body Snatcher" includes three names: Chris Arreola, Jermaine Franklin and Charles Martin.
Whyte, who last fought in March and successfully took a revenge over Alexander Povetkin, is the holder of the WBC interim heavyweight belt and is seeking to become a mandatory challenger for the title currently held by Tyson Fury.
Hearn also announced that charismatic Alen Babic (8-0, 8 KOs), ranked fifth in the WBC's new bridgerweight rankings, will also appear on the undercard of the October boxing night.
